Beginning work-in-inventory $150,000
Direct material used 90,000
Act. overhead 135,000
Cost of goods mfd 165,000
Total mfr costs 450,000



Direct Labor Costs for the Year? I got $180,000

Work in process inventry? I got $435,000

Let me correct myself on the direct labor costs ...

Total mfg costs = direct materials used + applies overhead + labour costs

450K = 90K + 135K + "direct labour costs"

the answer for labour costs is $225,000 !!!

I think this is right :D

It looks like I got work in process wrong also ...

It should be $285,000
