Hi, I got married on December 20, 2008 & was wondering if I could still file HOH (as I have been) because it was so late in the year :rolleyes:or if I have to file married?

You can only file Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separately.

HoH would be an option ONLY IF you were separated from your spouse for the last six months of the calendar year.
