My employer included my reimbursed perdiem as "temporary living expenses" on my paycheck as taxable income and on my W2 as income, can i deduct it as a business expense?

Yes, you CAN claim your temporary living expenses as a deduction using Form 2106 and listing the final amount on Schedule A as an itemized deduction.
