I have a huge amount of cold air coming out from the bottom of my propane fireplace when it is not on. It's making the room very cold is there some way to prevent this?

May be warmer air rising. Can you block it off?

I don't know if the fireplace needs to be free from obstruction at the bottom or I'd put something there to stop the draft. I think it's coming back in from the vent.
