I have a Rheem Criterion II, it's not working did everything it said and it well not come on, I saw that the little lights are not on!! Is there a reset for this or am I in trouble

check breaker. check fuse at shut off swith located on or near outside of furnace. if these are okay, then look at your control board, there is a small fuse on the board, check it. the fuse may also be in one of the wires leading to the transformer. Most likely one of these things is your problem. if not, then you may have a bad board. let me know what you find, and if you need more help locating these fuses, let me know.
