I need to know where to find an owners manual for a Wizard Rototiller.

Model # G1S6990A17

Serial # 1715923

This machine was built in the late '60s or early 70's

I will also need a parts source to restore it to operational condition

Hi,
This is a case of a retailer with multiple suppliers. In this case the tiller was made by Gilson Bros. That was bought by OMC which folded it into its Lawn-Boy division. Lawn-Boy subsequently became independent, and then was bought by Toro. Few parts are available except through "arcane" sources of obsolete parts. 1(800)328-0259 should be Toro's number. Good luck!
