Login is locked, trying to log onto your laptop, or the laptop is physically locked in the closed position? Make/model/operating system?

If it is a matter of not knowing your password, you should take it to a shop where you prove ownership ( since this is a issue with stolen computers) They will be glad to help you reset your system
