Can my boyfriend claim me as a dependent on his taxes, if I lived with him all year and did not work? I am 28 and we share a child.

As long as (a) you lived with your BF all year as a member of his household, (b) your BF provided at least half your upkeep, and (c) you earned less than $3500 then you are his dependent. He can file as Head of Household and claim both you and the child as his dependents.

Your relationship must not violate local laws. Read about Qualifying Relative: Your U.S. Tax Return: Requirements for claiming a dependent (http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/requirements-for-claiming-dependent.html)
