I am starting a residetial and commercial cleaning business again after 10years. I would like to know the prices per square footage for stripping, waxing, office space etc. Also what's the going rate for residential cleaning. I am also using green products so I have to take that under consideration.

On average, to completely strip and apply four coats of finish; approximately $.27 per square foot. Scrub and re-coat (3 finish coats) $.15 to $.19 sq ft.
