ABC Company has beginning inventory of $1,000, representing 210 units. On April 15, ABC purchases 10 units at $6.50 and on September 10, it purchases 30 units at $7.00. What is the unit cost of ABC's inventory after these purchases?

Take your total costs of your inventory, then divide that amount with the number of units. This is your average unit cost.
