I am flooring in the basement bathroom and need to be able to set the toilet at a higher level. The flange part of the flange has been removed - there is now a pipe with the tubular part of the flange glued into it. How do I install a new flange with the approrpiate extensions?

Can you post a picture of the setup?

To replace the flange you can purchase a package of parts called a "Bay Flange" this will slove the flange problem. Now to raise the height you can use flange extenders, one should be all that you need if you have just added tile to the floor.
