hi i am a 21 year old female.. and i had abdominal pain today i dont know if you call abdominal its the area right about my private i guess where my uterus would be...im not sure if i have a bladder infection...i never had one before....but sometimes when im at work i wont go to the bathroom but it depends like i work 2-10....and if i have to go early in the day then i might go...if i have someone to cover for me...but if i have to go around 8 or 9 i wont go because i dont like to use that bathroom...and on top of tha i dont get a break...i did just get it today on tuesday dec.30th....so im not sure if its just today or what...but i will see how long it last...what are some causes for this....and im not pregnant...im on birth control...and i just had my period....

i was having pains in that area too. mine feel like cramps. i have them even when im not on my period. i went to the doctor several times and they told me it was a UTI. but they kept giving me antiboitics and nothing was working. so they put me on birth control. that stopped it. but i just started having the cramps again. so.. idk

oh ok....well mine only lasted for that one day...and i havent had them so im figuring maybe it was just gas...idk... it really felt like pressure....so i thought i had a bladder infection....do you drink alot of soda??

so the pain went away then? I was going to say I had pain that was absolutely unbearable when I was around 18 and found out I had an ovarian cyst. Luckily it went away on it's own. Sometimes they don't. If the pain comes back you should go see a doctor.

yeah i had an acyst before in the same area it came from the birthcontrol i was on..i didnt have any pain the doctor just happened to see.it...it went away on its own as well...most of them should but i have the pain again im goin to go to the doctor....i was goin to go if i had it the next day but it went away...my b/f said he had the same pain right there and he said it was just gas...becasue the day before i was at work and i drink soda the entire time i was there because its free for us employees and i did have a bubbling feeling in my stomach which was now that i think about probably gas
