Several months ago I used a tanning bed for the first time. I know, bad idea. Anyway, I went tanning about 5 times before developing sun poisoning (I learned my lesson), but now I have about two spots around my nipples and during tanning (in the buff) they became very painful so I had to cover them up.

They are flat, against the skin, smaller than a dime with jagged edges and light brown in color. There is one spot below my right nipple and one spot above my right one.

Should I be concerned or is it just like a freckle? When should I see a doctor?

P.S. I have very fair skin.
