My central heating system is less than 3 months old. New boiler, pipe work & radiators. the problem is 2 upstaires radiators do not work & the syatem is quite noisy when the heating comes on in the morning. i read about the pins being stuck & to gently hammer it. Does it have to be one on a regular basis ie each time we close the TRV shut in those particular romms? plse help as husband totally clueless & i have to resolve everything at home! The company very slow to respond.

Appreciate any help/suggestions.

It is possible you have air in the system and bleeding the air is the only cure. I recommend you WAIT for the company that did the install since you should be covered under the one year warrenty that all give on installs since you messing with the system will not be considered by the installing dealer as a good idea.

You paid them let them do the repair or service required and you have no idea what you are doing to start with which could cause system damage.

Put down the hammer, pick up the phone, and find some home improvement classes for hubby.
