A project with 2year fixed asset investment $500,000 straight-line depreciation to zero over two year with zero salvage value. selling price =$40, variable costs=$20, fixed ocsts $210,000 quantity sold=150,000 units, tax rate 31%. How sensitive is opeating cash flow to changes in units sold?
