Hello. For about three weeks now, (but not all of the time), the toilet in our master bathroom has been bubbling (blup, blup). We noticed today that when the washing machine drains past the toilet, that the toilet bubbles. We are on a septic tank and we have another bathroom and the toilet in that bathroom does not have a problem, and no other drain in the house has issues except for this one. The toilet has only bubbled twice, but when it bubbles, you cannot flush it. However, after about one hour or so, the water goes down in the toilet. We found a leak in the drain in our basement but we just fixed that and it is still happening. Please help!!:eek::eek:

You have some kind of blockage or clog in the line. Anytime my toilet bubbles that's always the culprit.

Most likely this problem will get worse. May be time to have the drain augered. Could also be a venting problem. When was the last time you had your septic tank pumped? Try flushing other toilet and running water in all other fixtures(other than washer and problem toilet). See if you get any gurgling at any fixtures. Let us know what you find.
