This site says, yes, it does, and the time frame depends on how much/how long. Did you taper off or just stop cold?

My brother in law..Ex brother in law..was addicted to Vics..we were told he could not and SHOULD NOT withdraw on his own..he had been taking them for years. Doctor told us he could die...and needed medical supervision while detoxing...Good Luck..and be careful
