I have a fairly new home (3yrs old) and it has two heating-a/c units. When I turn my heat on upstairs, I can feel cool air blowing out of the vents, however downstairs...I can feel heat when placing my hand close to the vent, but it does not blow out. Help!!!:confused:

would help if we knew what kind of equipment you had,,gas,electric,oil,,furnace, forced air,heat pump,,also name brand,,,also have you checked the breakers? so many questions need many amswers
