Hi. Just fitted new close-coupled toilet with off-set toilet connector. Flush on toilet is very poor. It flush's but doesn't really take solids down with it. Sometimes it does, sometimes it struggles. The water level rise's at first then slowly drains away, no real suction at end of flush. Had drain's checked, they said all is OK with drain's (they said change toilet, only been in 3 weeks). I have adjusted water level to a higher posistion but doesn't really seem to be any better. Any idea's anyone, it started to annoy me now. Please help

It appears that your Wax Ring is in way of the toilet opening, preventing proper discharge. You will have to lift toilet and reinstall the wax ring.

Put new was ring on top of the closet ring, between the bolts. Center it. Position toilet in front of the wax ring. The following should be done in one motion: Lift it up about 8" and bring it over the closet ring. Slowly lower toilet bowl until you feel bolts touching the bottom of the toilet. Slowly reposition toilet until both bolts slip into bolt opening in the bottom of the bowl. Once there, lower the bowl onto the ring. You should feel some soft resistance. Easily push the bowl downward until it touches the floor. Reinstall nuts, water supply and caulk around the base. That should do...
