Hi
I have York Stealth electric heat pump. It needs 3heat/2cool settings thermostat. I bought Honeywell Visionpro 8000 TH8320U1008 thermostat. I wired this like below-

Y2-Brown
L-Blue
E-White

RE, R (jumper together) - Red
O/B - Orange
Y-Yellow
G-green
C-Black

I could not find any wire for AUX to connect. system is working fine, but it is too loud in the air handler area. Need help. Did I wired right?

Thanks in advance.

The thermostat will not control how loud the furnace is. It sounds like the fan might be running the wrong speed.

But it was running fine before I installed this thermostat. Some kind of little bit loud fan noice coming from the handler.

Last week my compressor blown out, since the system is only 5 yrs old the part is free but the labor is a bundle to handle.

Do you think my wiring is right?

The wiring of the tstat can't affect it.

Put the HP on fan and start listening.

Don't know the furnace, but could you have bumped a DIP switch or something. Something that could change the fan speed.
