I need help in diagnosing a problem with a Lennox A/C. Owner switched from cooling to heating b/c of season change and it tripped the breaker when put into heating but now indoor and outdoor fan is running but not compressor. It has two condensing fan motors which one is running all the time and the other seems it has not run for a long time because of debris buildup(nesting, leaves, etc.) on that side of the fan.Contactor looks pitted but not stuck together and when pushed in, compressor will kick on. Unit does give heat though, just that blower and condening fan does not turn off only by circuit breaker in electrical panel.

Check the low voltage circuit to the contactor in the outside unit to see what is causing the open circuit not allowing the comperssor to activate. When you find that post back with the results and then we will move on the the constant running of the one fan.
