I'm planning my basement bathroom and have a couple questions on some pipes/drains that I'm unsure of.

The plumbing rough ins that I'm confident of are the 4" toilet drain, the boxed shower/tub drain, and a 3" drain/vent stack. However there are 2 additional ones that I'm unsure of. A 2-1/2" and a 3" that are set in the concrete and are cut off at about the same height as the toilet drain.

Is one of them a floor drain?
Is the other just another drain but without a vent stack?

I'm pretty sure the 2 1/2" stub up is there to pick up a lavatory. The three inch might be a vent but the lav and tub/shower will have to be vented also.

Is one of them a floor drain? I don't think so, When we install a floor drain it goes down with the roughin and the cement guys slope to it so it will be already in place. Besides most floor drains are 2 inch.
Any chance of contacting the plumber that did the job? Regards, Tom

What is a 4" toilet doing in the middle of the room..?? Is there a wall being built there...?

I'm wondering if that 3" pipe is about 12" off the 2"x4" plate to the center of the 3" pipe? If so, then wonder if that 3" pipe could be a toilet, the 2.5 " pipe (which is called 2" pipe... ;) ) the lavatory, the tub box as stated, a tub/shower box, and the 4" a cleanout of some kind..

For fun I drew up what I saw based ONLY ON YOUR PIC... I honestly have no idea, but thought this was reasonable... :)
