Honeywell digital t-stat for a heat-pump is wired wrong. Only get heat.
Here is how it is currently wired:

C=black
Y=yellow
G=green
O/B=orange
Rc=jumped to R
R=red

Aux=white
E=brown
L=empty

It may be wired right but configured wrong. If you set it to heat does the system cool? Check installation instructions for setup options relevant to the O/B terminal function.
