hey, i ordered the bio set, the lotion, cream, oil & soap from www.afrobest.co.uk bt my order has not come yet and they do not answer their or reply to my emails bt have taken the money from my account?
Whats happening there?

I'm pretty sure afrobest used to be on eBay because I tried ordering Bio Claire off them too but they did not dispatch the item despite the fact I messaged them several times as to what is going on. I did not receive any replies either. So I got my money refunded by paypal. They also had a lot of negative feeback on eBay for not dispatching items.
You can try ringing their complaint line which is 07944985435. It's open between 11am to 3pm.

Hey..thanks 4 helping.i have tried the same num several times and no1 answers also left msgs and no1 has got bck 2 me. I didnt pay by paypal they took the money out my debit card as i dnt have a paypal account this is my 1st time using internet shopping..

A word of warning, never ever pay online using a debit card from any company, even large well known ones. The debit card gives you non of the protection of a real credit card.

So open up a paypal account if you can, get a small even secured credit card.

You have alot of protection with paypal, and a whole lot with a credit card.

Now I will even warn with pay pal, not all purchases are as safe, read pay pal rules and policies, I have gotten about 1/2 of my money back though pay pal on purchases I have lost.

Compared to 100 percent on a real credit card where you can contest the purchase if not recieved.

I ordered a halloween mask from ebay using paypal that was guaranteed to arrive by Halloween. It said this on the original ad and in each email I got from the vendor.

The vendor shipped it ON Halloween and then blamed the us post office for its late arrival. Of course the mask was not much use on Nov 4, when it arrived. I complained to pay pal and they refused to help. They just relayed to me what the vendor said, which was to deny everything. I had the box with the 10/31 postmark, too. Since it was my first purchase through ebay and paypal, I just quit at that point!

thats the problem what and who are u suppose to trust when it comes to money thingz change. Well i emailed afrobest again and said 2 them if i dnt get my order i will get sm1 to investigate and that it seems that thy are scamming about haf hour later they txt on my phone and said youl recieve order by friday im just waiting now hopefuly itl arrive.
