I earned 18,303 for the year 2008 they with held 1,874 I am claiming 1 dependent on my taxes how much will I get back

If you are head of household, your taxable income is $3300 and federal tax in $330. You will get earned income credit.
So you should get all federal income tax withheld plus more.
