How many exemptions did you file on your w-4?

It is best to file 0 and then file all the dependents you are eligible for on the w-2.
Generally, at least with mine it is the amount that is listed in your federal inc. tax withheld on your last pay stub + any earned income credit you are eligible for + the stimulus (if Obama does do that this year).

PueMuslimahPA:

I can do a tax estimate if you email me a scanned copy of your latest paystub. Send it to dpmtax@<hidden>.

This offer is free ONLY during December. In January, I become VERY busy and begin to charge for such estimates.
