Dirty water? When was the last time the system was serviced by a professional?

Bleeding is the usual way to remove air from the lines BUT

A weak pump or bad pump impeller will cause a problem.

A improper operating auto fill valve if so equiped will also cause this problem.

On some units the water pressure might need to be increased or water added to allow proper bleeding.

All systems should have automatic venters at the highest pipe level. If you do not have those i suggest you add them.

Your boiler could probably also need some boiler treatment to help flush and cut down on the rust situation.
