How do you check a concord furnace smart valve? stat is calling. Green light on smart valve is on . But nothing takes place. there is 24 volts to the board on the w. check inducer motor. its ok . With gas off at the gas cock valve inducer motor running glow coil got on 110 current, so is the smart valve bad?
