Find a lover. Maybe several lovers, LOL. If you're a male, which is my guess... and young. I suspect late teens or twenties... hell, you could be in your thirties... only a lover will ease your cravings. Hell, get a sheep if you gotta, LOL... but you'll have problems till you do find a lover, because on a scale of 0 - 10, jacking off is a 1.

Don't believe what you've heard!!! There is no such thing as a porn addiction. Sexual thoughts are NORMAL. Whacking off is NORMAL. Porn is FINE!
