Hello, I have a question regarding growth spurts. About 3 years ago, at the age of 20, I was a mere 6'0'' tall. Over the past years, I've experienced growth growth spurts. Now at 23, I'm at the height 6'4. I'm worried that something is wrong with me. :( How is this possible? Is it rare?

No, it's not rare. You have probably come to the end of your growth now, at 23.

Chances are there's nothing wrong with you. I knew a kid when we were growing up who was so short that he had to sit on a pillow to see over the dashboard once he got his driver's license. He was constantly stopped by the police thinking some kid was joy-riding. When he graduated he was still barely 5'.

A few years later I saw him again and wouldn't have recognized him. He'd had a growth spurt once he hit 20 and was at least 6' tall!

There wasn't anything wrong with him either. Of course in his case he was thrilled to have grown!
