I have a zone system with a Honeywell minizone panel in the closet. Anyway, after replacing parts to the unit itself, I am left with one problem. Where do the wires go in the minizone panel. There is a black bar inside of the panel with letters next to it, Rc, Rh, W1, W2, E, B, O, Y1, Y2, and G. I am left with a black wire that I don't know which slot it goes in. I am convinced that the people that installed it did not do something correctly because I have had problems with my heat and air ever since I moved into the house, which is a new construction only 3 years old. Every year for three years there has been a problem. As of right now the unit outside is not coming on. Please Help!!!

First check the curcuit breaker for the outside unit. Then check the fuses or breakers that are also in the outside disconnect next to the unit.
Those are the first items to look for. Next I have provided a link to your control panel. I suggest you find a qualified HVAC service person to do a ON Site service inspection of your low voltage control system. This is not something that can be done on line in a venue such as this. Sorry.
BTW the control system you have is a 2002 addition so I have no idea who said it was 3 years old. The Black wire could go anywhere since the system does not use a exact color code in the panel.
