Stop pushing the reset. If it is pumping oil into the chamber there can be major problems if and when it does start.

When was the last time you had a professional tune up your oil burner?

You will be better served by calling a professional for a on site service. The $$ you spend on a tune up will be saved by less oil you will burn. There can be many things that will stop a burner from lighting off. High voltage transformer, electrodes, nozzel, etc. but you have to know exactly how to check these items with special high voltage meters and gauges.
