Hello,
I have a Payne model #PY1PNB036090ABAA serial#1603G20727 propane gas pack. I had just replaced the sensor, control board and the control module. The exterior unit lights now and even worked for about a week. But now it blows air without heat and has a smokey odor.

Best bet is to call for ON SITE service. With the cold weather get it fixed now. I do not like the smoky odor part and I would have the heat exchanger looked at and tested for cracks. CO can kill you.
