How do you know if you drink to much??

I would say if you drink almost every night. And I don't men having a beer or two every night but getting drunk.

i would say if you have to ask other people if they think you drink too much then you probably have a problem.

That you need to ask that question generally indicates yes, you drink too much. (Coming from someone who used to ask it ;) )

If you can't stop. Try going for a couple weeks with no drinking ??

How do you know if you drink too much? Simple. When your face keeps hitting the floor. Then you know you've had too much.
