I have two hampton bay fans, separate switch for light and fan

What i need to do is rewire the wall switches as the lights on one will
not work, the pull chain works on fan and not on lights

the other one no lights and very low speed on fan, pull chains do not work
on fan or light. the wall switch for the fan works but very little action from
the fan itself and cannot use pull chain to change the speed.

I have checked the breakers my flipping the main, the other lamps
in these rooms work.

I see there are black and white wire in the switch, but need a diagram or something to tell me how they need to be wired.

How do i get back to get my answer. thank you

I have already taken the wall plates off .
