If you take antibiotics, it's a good thing to eat a lot of yogurt. Since the antibiotics are ridding you of the "bad" bacteria, unfortunately it's also cleaning the "good" bacteria that we need in that area. Yogurt replaces some of that "good" bacteria. So, yeast infections can occur when taking antibiotics because of this.

I really don't know your situation or why you keep having yeast infections. I would consult a doctor.

Good luck!

Yeast thrives on warmth, moisture and food. It loves simple sugars best. Don't eat refined foods at all if you can help it. Eating yogurt with live cultures can help too, but be careful of the sugar added to it.
