I am due to start my period on November 10th or 11th, today is the 6th and I was wondering if it is too early to test to see if I am pregnant? Thanks!

yeah i think it is to early to tell and if you take home pregnacy test you might get a false negative.I would keep taking your folic acid and vitamins and wait at least one week after your missed period.

I took 2 pregnancy tests right after my period was supposed to start, and both were negative...however, about 4 or 5 weeks later, I decided to take another one, and found out I was pregnant! Be careful and don't drink or smoke, and if you still have suspicions in a few weeks, take another one...sometimes really early in a pregnancy, you will have false negatives because the pregnancy hormone is not enough to tell yet.

With my first child I took a pregnancy test the day I was supposed to start my period and it was positive. I will wait it out - it is hard when you keep wondering and wondering. Thanks for the answer!
