A company has 5000 outstanding preferred shares (no par value, $2) issued at $150,000 and 30,000 common shares issued at $550,000.
The following is the paid out dividend:

2008 - $8000
2009 - $24,000
2010 - $60,000
2011 - 126,000

How would you go about calculating the preferred shares, cumulative and fully participating for each dividend payment.

Thanks.
