Has anyone tried the "Makari Night Treatment Cream?" If so, how long before seeing results? I have been using this cream off and on for 3 weeks, using this once per week, with no results.

Makari does work but you would need to use it on a daily basis. 3 weeks might not be enough time to see any results if you are only using it on and off.
