can anybody help me with this question? Can you use Dr. Fred Summit Skin Whitener on your arms and legs?

I heard its works wonders for some people skin...My aunt and her daughter use it and it works. I know my cuz's mom used it and she used to be bark brown now she is a light brown sometimes she looks more yellow other times she doesnt. I tried to use it but the consistency is waxy and oily. My skin is prone to break out and it oily too. So, that wouldnt work with my skin type. The key is to use it no matter what and you should get resutls.
