i turn the heat back on after the summer and the thermosta is saying 90 by there is no hat coming up i have base board heating, normally i can hear the water coming through the lines, i have been turning the two faucet like vaulves to let out the water so that the water can come through the lines still cold help

Sounds like the hot water boiler is not running. Could be the circulating pump or many other items.
