Hi,
I have a few questions.
I have a small part-time business that is currently a sole proprietorship. I want to incorporate. It is just I and my wife, with no employees. I handle the computer side and she handles the photography side.

1. Which would be better? A C-Corp or S-Corp?
2. We currently electronicaly transfer funds from the business savings account to our personal checking account as needed. If I incorporate, can we still use this process?
3. Will we need to file for a EIN since we will not have any employees?

Thanks so much for any help!
