i have red raised bumps all over my thighs. i cant tell if its acne or ingrown hairs or a reaction to something? it is the same on both legs. anyone have aything similar or have any ideas on how to make this go away? thanks

Sounds like you got inton soemthing your allergic to like maybe a shrub or soemthing amyways try using benadryl.. Use the cream or the liquid but the liquid will make you drowsy just to warn you, it will make the swelling and the redness and itch go away.. Read the directions before taking though..
