Do pre-natal vitamins really make your skin as radiant as they say?

Is it bad for non-preggers ladies?

no, prenatal vitamins aren't bad for you pre pregnancy. And they do contain different amounts of Vitamin E and A, which help with your complexion and skin elasticity (to help stretch for baby!!) Hope this helps!!
