My central ac unit turns on outside, however it doesn't blow any air at all. Breaker and fuses are fine, what else can I check?

Do you mean that your blower on the air handler isn't blowing?

I suppose, the unit is running but no air comes out of the registers.

Could be a couple of different things. Fan motor could have failed, filter could be dirty causing low air flow which, in turn, caused the evap coil to freeze or the refrigerant charge could be low will will cause the coil to freeze up and block air flow.

Also check the A/C blower relay located in the indoor section.
