Goodman furnace circuit board has heat and cool. No wires to heat but wires to cool. Is there sopposed be a wire from fan to heat? Just installed new fan and a/c works, just tried to turn on the heat and it went on for a while than shut off. Whats up with that? please help.....

Sounds like maybe the wire for the fan isn't connected to the terminal. Most blower motors will USUALLY have 3 speeds (low, medium, high) and some will have 4 speeds with the extra speed being an intermediate (medium-low or medium-high). Generally the low speed will be used for heat but not in every case. There are instances when I will use high speed for both cooling and heating. It all depends on the heat rise across the exchanger.
