I've severe abdomen pain during periods mainly on the first day. Even pain killers have no effects. I experience extreme weakness during that time such that i can't even move properly. What should i do?

I have had those days before. What I was told was to get rasberry tea and put a spoonful of honey in it to take the tang out of it and drink it warm, dont chug, or else youll get sick. If honey dosent work, put some sugar in it. Are you currently on birth control? Some can help as others arnt strong enough, and you hurt.

Have you discussed this with your doctor? This should be your first route. It could be any number of things, but your doctor is in the best position to diagnose and treat it properly.
