My boyfriend and I were getting ready to have sex and he reached up inside me and said it felt different. I'm nervous that I might be pregnant; my breasts are swollen, my abdomen is swollen, and I've had cramps but no period- it made me even more nervous when he said that... should I be really concerned?

Like Fr_Chuck said, if you think you are pregnant, try a pregnancy test.

How your cervix and vagina feel to the touch will also vary depending on where you are in your cycle. Sometimes the cervix can be felt easily and feel firm....other times it will be farther up and feel very soft.
