Perhaps someone could help. I could be working or doing nothing and my scalp will start to sweat. My hands are hot ALL the time. I don't think I've worn a coat for about 10 years! Sweaters? What are those used for???? You get the point. Anyone else having this problem? Please help. I want to be hot.....but not temperature wise! lol

Could be perimenopause, could by thyroid, could be blood sugar levels. Certainly since it is apparently something new it would be wise to see your doctor about it and have some testing done.

Oops, just reread your post....and you said not menopause or thyroid. Still have it checked if you haven't already. Perimenopause can start years before actual menopause...and blood sugar levels can also cause feeling hot and sweating. You may want to see about having a basic screening done for hormone levels.
