I am so confused. We have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. I am 36. Had a polyp removed in January and just had a chocolate cyst (endometrioma) removed from my ovary in July.

Over the last 2 years, my period has started to have large clots. It is weird because it started when we started trying to get pregnant.

After the laparoscopy to remove the cyst, the clots were enormous.

Doctors are not concerned and don't really have a comment.

I am just concerned that it has something to do with trying to become yet not achieving pregnant.

I spot about a week after ovulation and then feel dehydrated and sick until I get my period. Could I be pregnant but not holding it each month? Is there some sort of test I could take regarding clotting, etc? I am an unexplained fertility patient about to start IVF. I do not want to do it. My gut tells me there is implantation, but ...
